The City of Port Wentworth Fire Department is an ISO Class 3 department. Staff and personnel are honored to serve the citizens of our City. Our stations are staffed with full time and part-time personnel, that are manned 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our firefighters  devote their time to protect lives, the environment and property by providing prompt, skillful and cost-effective fire protection and life safety services. 

City of Port Wentworth has 2 three-bay fire stations that service our community. Station 1, located at 317 Cantyre Street, serves as headquarters and consists of the main operation offices. Station 2 is located at 6781 Highway 21, one mile east of Interstate 95. Free blood pressure checks are conducted at each facility.
